I would not recommend this tire shop based on my experience. I have been there numerous times, and each visit has been frustrating in different ways. On one occasion, I purchased a tire from them, and by the very next day, the tire was completely flat. I then had to pay to have my car towed back to the shop, which was a huge inconvenience and expense that never should have happened right after getting service. My most recent experience was even worse because of how I was treated. I simply asked why the business hours posted online were different from what I was being told in person, and instead of answering professionally, one of the male employees became aggressive, put his hand up toward me in a dismissive and intimidating way to shut me down, and was extremely disrespectful and rude. As a woman, that behavior made me feel uncomfortable and afraid. A business should be able to answer basic questions respectfully and stand behind its work. Between the bad tire service, the inconvenience of having to tow my car back, and the aggressive and unprofessional treatment from staff, I will not be returning.

Do not take your car to this shop! I installed a new steering rack on my 2001 saturn took it in for an allighnment paid the $80 bucks gave him a 10 dollar tip and drove home. I started to notice wet spots in my driveway and in my parking spot at work withing the week of service I was like that's weird I replaced the rack the line and the pump. I decided to jack the car up to see where the leaks were coming from and found 2 of my lines so loose I could turn them with my fingers so I retightened them and I've had no leak since. WARNING WARNING WARNING DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR To these crooks!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop’s customer service. I requested a specific degree of caster for my alignment, but when I called to follow up, the man on the phone told me, in a very condescending tone, “You can’t have it your way—it’s not in the program.” Not only was his attitude dismissive and unprofessional, but it also would have been helpful to know that my request couldn’t be accommodated before they went ahead with the alignment. I had clearly communicated what I wanted on the day of the service. While I can’t speak for their tire services—they may do good work there—I strongly advise others to ask very specific questions and get clear answers before proceeding with any alignment work. Poor communication and attitude like this are unacceptable, especially when customers are trusting professionals with their vehicles.

Thank you so Much David and all his employees for always helping me I wanted to leave some pictures this time and let everyone know this is the place to get tires and brakes whatever you need they will help very fast and reasonable and reliable A4A tires has been fixing my tires and brakes for over 19 years I'm so glad David was there to help Me and it was good to see him thank you guys

Best place in San Diego! I been coming here for years now and they have always help me with all my cars gold standard from small quick fix to big jobs! Thank you A4A you guys are rock stars
